Our solutions can take a variety of different forms such as group workshops or 'courses', lectures and seminars, team 'away days' or one to one coaching. We also use highly interactive formats such as forum theatre and business simulations to drive learnings for certain topics. Learning programmes can either be short and targeted over anything from half a day upwards to satisfy a specific training need, or indeed can be part of a strategic development programme delivered in a modular format with several modules facilitated over a longer period.
