completely bespoke for each client. We develop these tools to target a specific requirement, usually following a short period of consultancy to establish the need in terms of overall purpose, operational usability, terminology, and input on required content.

In addition to our bespoke client specific products, we have developed (and are continuing to develop) a generic range of management guide products which can be used in a wide variety of organisations and situations. These generic guides have the advantage of being less costly than a bespoke written and branded version, with the content and language being balanced to appeal to as wide an audience as possible. They can be formatted to any size or style (such as A4, A5 or pocket diary sizes) and to any quantity.
