We work extensively with many of our clients with the development of high performing team work, and the designing and facilitating of team building events (or sometimes referred to as 'away days') is often an integral part of our approach to overall organisational improvement.

So what can we do for you and your organisation?

We can tailor a team building day either as a 'one off' event or as part of a developmental 'package'. We can hold your event either at our training centre in Nottingham where we do predominantly 'classroom' based days (with some outside activities) or we can hold it at one of our partner specialist centres around the country. These centres tend to specialise in more physical pursuits such as water based activities, climbing & abseiling or using various external problem solving apparatus to challenge team members.
