| New Electronic Survey Tool Launch - |
We are delighted to announce the recent launch of our new electronic on line survey tool designed to be a free and easy to use service.
The tool is perfect for small to medium sized self administered surveys for use by individuals or organisations where it is key to solicit either client or employee feedback or both.
The user sets up their survey exactly how they would like, with up to five seperate section titles and then up to 20 scorable questions using a 1 to 10 scale.
The system also allows a qualitative input by giving 'pros and cons' fields to capture responder comments.
Once the survey is set up, the user receives two emails each with a link to our system, one to send on to whoever they are asking for feedback and a second to allow the user access to the summary report.
Once feedback responders have completed their surveys the user has access to an easy to read and interpret summary report giving hugely valuable information from customers, prospects or employees within their own organisation.
A well thought through survey can often be the forerunner to any number of performance improvements that will ultimately benefit those that have been consulted.
There is no limit to the number of surveys that any one user can set up and administer, so all in all we believe that this is a fabulous free service to our clients or visitors to our site. |
