We provide a complete development service to our clients which can
include initial consultancy and analysis, recommendation of actions
to be taken and then the design, implementation and follow up support
of developmental activities. We don't therefore have to 'sub
contract' any elements of our core proposition to other companies
and are able to offer everything 'under one roof'.
The Big Picture: We look to take a holistic view of our clients' organisations and look at the goals, challenges and needs of their business in the context of the whole organisation. This helps to ensure that investment is made where it will deliver the greatest return, especially where the success of one area of an organisation is very dependent on the health and effectiveness of another.
Market Sector Best Practice: We don't limit ourselves to just one market sector. We work with clients from a wide variety of market sectors across all three key areas, i.e. public, commercial and 'not for profit'. The Learning Journey: We have done much research into the way people learn most effectively and have our own simple and effective four stage learning process which assists organisations and delegates alike in maximising their development experiences with us.
Facilitation Methods: We use a whole host of methods to maximise delegate learning in our workshops. We balance the communication of new information and theory with high levels of interaction using appropriate questioning and challenge, group/paired discussion, role play and feedback, delegate presentation, interactive exercises, self analysis and personal action planning. We also take our interactive capability one step further by offering two relatively new styles of learning, forum theatre and business simulation, both of which in the right environment, can transform and accelerate the effectiveness of a programme.
Training and Meetings Venue:
We are one of the minority of business and training consultancies
who are able to offer to our clients a 'state of the art' training
centre in Nottingham. This really is one of the best venues
around and is purpose designed for learning and training activities.
Our centre has three suites and a whole host of audio/visual equipment
that we use regularly with our clients for experiential training
events.
