Feedback
Initiatives - we design and facilitate electronic
and anonymously collected feedback using our 'in house' web system.
Feedback can come from either employees as part of a staff engagement
survey or personalised 360° feedback initiative, or from customers/clients
as part of a customer service initiative. We offer a variety of
options here, even a self administered option through our 'on line
web tools' section.
Support
Tools - we design and produce almost any 'tool'
that the client needs that will assist their employees in performing
as well as they can do. Some examples of those tools we have produced
for clients are competency frameworks, job specifications, feedback
guides, business planning templates, key message cards, telesales
support documents, sales presenters and management pocket guides
to name a few.
Team
Development - we are experienced at arranging
and facilitating team development days (sometimes referred to as
'away days') for our clients. These days or programmes can be predominantly
indoor classroom based, or partially or completely outdoor based
and can be held at our own venue in Nottingham or at one of our
partner specialist centres round the country. Equally they can be
anything from a highly business focussed with a tangible business
output, or be more about team bonding and having fun.
Venue
Hire - we are able to offer our superb venue
facilities just three miles from Nottingham city centre, ideal for
meetings, workshops or small conferences up to a maximum of 40 delegates.
Our centre has free parking, wireless broadband and overlooks the
river Trent in a quiet picturesque setting. We have three air conditioned
suites, each with a spacious main room and a breakout room and state
of the art AV facilities to suit every eventuality.
