Many of the projects we work on with our clients are geared towards
the development of the employees within their business or organisation.
We therefore design and facilitate learning events in a variety
of different formats and endevour to utilise a format (or selection
of formats) that works best for each organisation and delegate group.
Our most popular formats are:
- Workshops or courses
- Lectures or seminars
- Coaching clinics or 1:1 coaching
- Facilitated group sessions
- 'On line' learning or 'e' learning
All of the above formats can be run either in isolation as a 'one
off' event, or incorporated into a formal employee development programme.
As well as many traditional facilitation methods, we also use highly
interactive experiences such as forum
theatre, dynamic role play
and business simulations
to enhance learning for certain topics.
Almost all of our training, learning and development work is designed
and implemented as a bespoke service. An illustrative list of some

be tailored to suit each client's working environment, style and
terminology.
